She is a certified Fha approved appraiser in New Jersey & New York, as well as a broker-salesperson in New Jersey. Based out of Saddle Brook, covering Bergen, Hudson, Essex, Morris, Sussex, Union, Passaic counties in New Jersey & Rockland County in New York. Services: An appraisal used for lending is typically ordered through an Appraisal Management Company (AMC). After 2009, laws/guidelines changed, prohibiting lenders to order appraisals directly through an appraiser. The AMCs are the middleman between an appraiser & lender. There are other types of appraisals, besides lending, such as an Estate (date of death valuation), matrimonial settlement, pre-listing valuation, bankruptcy, etc. Depending on workload, appointments are made relatively quick with Monday through Saturday observations (inspections). Early appointments are also available. As long as it is daylight, later appointments are also available. Reports are typically emailed, however, hard-copying is always an option, or both.
